Thursday Night Preview

@Philly (-8.5) v. Houston

TJ: There’s no way Houston can use the same gameplan that Chicago used last week to beat Philly. The Bears have one of the best defenses in the NFL (especially since they’re getting healthy), and Houston has one of the worst pass defenses in history. Vick should get back on track in this game, with another stellar QB rating (I’m thinking 130+). Philly’s defense is solid, and should hold Houston’s ground-based offense to a minimum, especially if they can get out in front early and force the Texans to pass. Philly covers.

DP: I love where the Juice’s head is at in this one, maybe that should be a warning sign. Anyway, this is a really bad match-up for Houston which will struggle against the Philly speed, plus it’s a short week which again favors the offense. Pick: Eagles.
